Returns Policy

At Aria & Grace London, we make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. However, there may be occasions where you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our returns policy.

Conditions for Returns

• A return request may only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

• All return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

• Trying on an item is permitted; wearing it is not.

• Ordering products in multiple sizes with the deliberate intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Returns Process

1. Notify us of your return request by emailing (MAIL) within 14 days of receiving the item.

2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

3. The item must be returned entirely at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or import duties.

4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track and trace.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved following inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost parcels where tracking indicates that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

• Providing an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.

• Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
